Christina Hart, Pharm.D, Pharmacist-In-Charge
I was born and raised in Jackson, Missouri. After my high school graduation I attended Southeast Missouri State University where I graduated in 2000 with two Bachelors’ degrees in Biology and Spanish. While attending SEMO, in 1998, I began working for Darrell Hanschen, the owner and pharmacist of MediCap in Jackson. I then fell in love with the atmosphere, patients and helping others daily at the pharmacy. Seeing my passion for pharmacy and the community, Darrell suggested I attend pharmacy school. After some thought, it seemed like a perfect fit and I decided to go back to school. I graduated from University of Missouri, Kansas City, in 2005 with my Doctorate in Pharmacy. I then moved back to Jackson with my husband John. We have a daughter, Rylee, and one dog. I’m proud to still call Jackson my home and look forward to serving our community daily through my work at the pharmacy.

Heather Weber, Pharm.D, Clinical Pharmacist
My name is Heather Deneke Weber. I am originally from Gordonville, MO and attended Jackson schools. I was involved in band and choir in high school, and was also very active in my church, Zion United Methodist of Gordonville. As a teenager, I volunteered at St. Francis Medical Center and was asked to work in the pharmacy. At the time, I was unsure of this placement, but after a few weeks I was convinced of my career path.
After graduation, I attended the University of Mississippi for my pre-pharmacy curriculum. I later transferred to the University of Tennessee - Memphis College of Pharmacy for my professional training. I received my Doctor of Pharmacy in 1999 with the intention of working in the retail pharmacy setting. I love working in the hometown pharmacy where I am able to know my customers and am accessible to them when they need me. I enjoy working at MediCenter - Jackson for this very reason.
I am married to Shawn Weber, another Jackson native, and we have two children, Madalyn and Dylan. Madalyn is very involved in dance and music at Jackson. Dylan is in the Boy Scouts and plays the piano. When we are able, we love to travel together. We enjoy amusement parks, museums and the beach. We attend LaCroix United Methodist Church in Cape where we are active in serving in the children's ministry.
I am happy to be able to work in my hometown and am blessed to work at MediCenter -Jackson.

Eric Daume, Pharm.D Pharmacist
My name is Eric Daume and Southeast Missouri has always been my home. After graduating from Cape Central, I moved to Kansas City where I completed my Doctor of Pharmacy education in 2008. I honestly never thought I would call Southeast Missouri home again, but something pulled me back here. That’s a decision I will never regret.
I started my pharmacy career locally at Walgreens and Target where I had the opportunity to meet many great people. For about 8 years, I worked in sterile compounding and specialty pharmacy. There I developed a special interest in compounding customized and targeted medication, and worked with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry. MediCenter is now my home where I plan to continue my interest and dedication to serving the communities in Southeast Missouri. I believe your trip to the pharmacy is not just a stop on your way home, but rather a healthcare experience and destination that is designed and customized just for you by the pharmacists and staff inside.
I live in Cape with my wife Rachael, who is a nurse as Saint Francis Medical Center, and son Bennett. We are expecting our second child in March. I enjoy running with my dogs, and doing anything outside. This is my home and my community. I’m blessed and proud to serve the people in Southeast Missouri. I’m here to help be a part of your healthcare team, and navigate its complexities with you. Just ask me how I can help.
